New Habit : No Softdrinks :)


They say it takes 21 days (on average) to make a habit. I made it to day 21 of not drinking softdrking last year, but during the summer (or was it semestral?) break, I broke it off :(

Well, new year calls for new beginnings :) My first goal this 2012 is to revive my no to softdrinks habit. Way back high school I was really addicted to sodas, and it's really a mystery that I don't drink one anymore :))




I re-started this January 1st and now I reached day 21 :) Feels good and now I decide to continue on with this lifestyle :) I no longer struggle in ordering water or iced tea in a fastfood or restaurant.

Imma think for a new habit to practice :)
