Merry Christmas everyone! :)
They say it's a season of giving, so I thought of giving myself some treats for a great job I'm going to do next year. Hahahaha! :)) It wasn't really an 'excellent' year, 2011. But yeah, life goes on and still, it was an awesome year...minus the excellence i was expecting from myself :))
1. 2GB microsd card
Last month, ate joyce sold her Nokia E63 for only 3,000 pesos. Haha! It's still fully functional and I think the market price of this phone is around 10,000 to 12,000. So anyway, I bought the phone and its phone storage is not much so I decided to buy myself a microsd :) I was thinking of buying 4gb but on second thought it was too huge, so i just settled with 2gb :)
2. Breadtalk mug
Yes, I love breadtalk! so do me a favor and tell that to the guy who intends to propose to me one day. Hahahaha! I was at the counter of Breadtalk in Robinsons Ermita and saw the mug display on their shelf. I was seriously holding myself back, because I'm sure it's expensive. Nonetheless, I asked the price. C'mon there's nothing wrong in asking. Politely I asked, "ate, magkano po ung mug?" and she said,"200 po." I just simple nod and smiled. I didn't realize that my mind was doing some arithmetic on how much money do I have left. I have never done math that fast before, EVER. and just before ate print my receipt, I said, "ate, isa po." And there you go! my BreadTalk mug :D
3. Belle De Jour Planner
Honestly, I was originally planning to get the SB planner but seriously it's not practical. I'm not spending on caffeine when my body does not demand it just for a planner when I can get a stylish and glamorous BDJ Planner. Hahaha! No hint of bitterness, really. I've been planning to purchase it since November but I'm not really the planner type of person so I gave it some thinking time. Then I realized I am the chairperson of an organization who sends out candidate for the annual usc-csc election, who is also working on her thesis and is not compromising her discipleship training :)) who is, by the way a student. haha! so, yeah, i have to be organized whether I like it or not :)
